This is where OCFree actually begun, so thank you for being here.  When Charlotte and Jess started to first collaborate on OCD content, their mission was to educate as many therapists as possible on recognising OCD and 'preventing harm' in the therapy room for non-specialist therapists.  

 

You'll here us talk about harm prevention a a lot, because we know how easy it is to not recognise OCD and unintentionally treat it like another anxiety disorder and we want to help you, help your clients, and catch OCD before it takes over the life of your clients.
