From OCD to Freedom

A 3 part workshop for anyone experiencing OCD

Understand your OCD, recognise the cycle, learn practical ways to respond differently, and feel clearer about what to do next.

Saturday 17th Oct | Zoom | 10 -11:00 AM

Why am I having these thoughts?

Saturday 24th Oct | Zoom | 10 -11:00 AM

Why can't I stop doing compulsions?

Saturday 31st Oct | Zoom | 10 -11:00 AM

How do I make it stop? (breaking the cycle).

  • Understand your OCD - and why your brain gets caught in the cycle.

  • Make sense of intrusive thoughts - without giving them more power.

  • Spot your compulsions - including the ones that happen in your head.

  • Learn practical ways to respond differently to thoughts, anxiety and uncertainty.

  • Understand what keeps OCD going - and what actually helps break the cycle.

  • Discover what recovery can look like - including an introduction to ACT and ERP.

  • Leave with practical tools, handouts and next steps to keep working on your OCD.

  • Feel less alone - learning alongside others who understand.

What's included in this 3 day workshop series:

By the end of the series, you’ll have a clearer understanding of:
